1 lb gr beef
1 lb gr pork
1 lb gr veal
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 onion
1-2 cloves garlic
2/3 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Red pepper flakes
S & P
Marinara Sauce
Butter
1. 28 oz can whole tomatoes
1 tbls tomato paste
Mozzarella
Parmesan
